John,

This is a uuencoded .zip file containing 2 MS-DOS exe's for converting MIDI
sample dump standard files into .WAV files and .WAV files into MIDI
sample dump standard files. The Roland S-770 series does sample
dump standard so they might be of use. I got them from the
Kurzweil K2000 ftp site (originally from CompuServe). I guess they
should go on the sgroup ftp site too.

David,

the SDS to WAV file converer you uploaded to the UWaterloo sgroup ftp site
(SDS_TO_W.ZIP) is exactly what I am looking for! Unfortunately the version I
attempted to download seems to be corrupted and/or incomplete. You say that
you found the original program on the Kurzweil K2000 ftp site (originaly from
CompuServe). Do you have the address?

Thanks,

Jon
